Hi Jon, i have a themador pd 36644EGBS/01 with serial number 841200032. the oven when set to say 350 will get there but will then not maintaint the set temperature, and drops to about 225-250. if we switch the setting dail from back to convection it will get back to setpoint then drop again until we switch the the dail again. Is this the thermostat or the control board? jeff
