Question About Thermador Range PD30, PD36, PD48
oven temature adjustment...

My oven does not keep the proper temperature ,how can i adjust it.I 'm a certified gas tech,but do not work on these units,usually we remove the temperature knob and there is an ajustment screw behind this.
