Question About Tiger Products Co., Ltd Rice Cooker JAE-A18U
Rice cooks but in warm mode it hardens...

I am having a problem with this rice cooker when it cooks rice and then switches to warm. A few hours later the rice is hard. Any reason why it's doing this? It just started becoming like this
