I own a food saver 2490 and it doesn't lock correc...

I own a food saver 2490 and it doesn't lock correctly it just continues to spin around in circles is that something I can fix it or get a part to fix it?

0 It's actually the latch that locks . I miss using it do much it's the only model that works for me. I can actually seal other bags with this model. chip bags etc.
