My foodsaver V3800 will not open for cleaning. I depress both green buttons and it will not hinge as it did before.

0 Plug it in and turn it on first. Then press the cancel button. Then press the side green buttons. Then it press both of the green buttons and it will open. I almost went crazy because it was the second day i used it and I thought I broke it. Hope that helps :)
