COOKING WITH A COOKING BAG...

DO I LEAVE THE RACK IN THE BOTTOM OF THE ROASTER WHEN USING A REYNOLDS OVEN BAG? AND WOULD THE COOKING TIME BE THE SAME? THE COOKER SAYS 350 FOR TURKEYS BUT THE TURKEY BAG DIRECTIONS SAY 325
