Question About Toshiba Microwave Oven ER-QB40
Microwave not heating...

Wife was heating some food on the microwave. After a while, apartment fuze box turned-off, all lights went-off. We turned on the fuze box, then tried to warm-up some coffee--the microwave turns on but does not produce heat to warm up food/coffee. Thank you for your assistance.
