THE GROMMITS THAT HOLD THE CIRCULAR PLATE IN PLACE HAVE BROKEN,LEAVING THE PLATE SUSPENDED FROM TWO SLOTS AND REVEALING THE WORKINGS REVEALED. IS THIS SAFE AND CAN THE GROMMITS BE REPLACED?
