please can you help? I have a 3872 model, probably 15-20 years old, not used for years. Decided to use again and we can't remove the pot for cleaning. I am wondering whether it was fixed,;I just can't remember! It still works fine but perhaps this proved a problem initially and that is why it has been sitting at the back of a cupboard and forgotten. Thanks Susan Pickup
