Question About Tricity Bendix Cooktop DSIE456

both my ovens have stopped working i think it may be something to do with the timer the fan still works on the bottom the grill and hob are ok but the cookpot symbol will not go and no heat will happen could you please email me benbhfactory@hotmail.co.uk
