U-Line ice maker CLR60B - 40 Noticed ice produ...

U-Line ice maker CLR60B - 40 Noticed ice production was way down, then none at all. Water is running, rack is ice cold, but zero ice. This morning I noticed a a damp spot under the ice machine. If its just a slight water line leak, is that enough to stop ice production or could I be looking at something more catastrophic?
