why is my ULine CO2175FB-00 not defrosting? The bo...

why is my ULine CO2175FB-00 not defrosting? The bottom drawer becomes frosted over, and I have to unplug the unit every 5 days to defrost it. All of the seals have been replaced. Otherwise it works fine.
