Hello, I am having trouble with our univex SRMF20. It started to make a loud grinding noise during operation a week ago and then it stopped and seemed to be working fine. Then it stopped working completely. It sounds like the motor is running but the beater will not turn. I think it may be the belt. Do you have any other suggestions?
