Question About Univex Mixer None
mixing pizza dough...

i recently moved locations. now when i mix dough it spins around the hook up out of the bowl. it makes it very tough to mix consistently it is a model m60. i had it on an "vfd" varaible fequency drive. now it is on a straight 3 phase power. it worked perfectly at the oyher place,now i can.t keep the dough in the bpwl... please help!
