I have a Viking electric oven with posted model# LDESO1055SS and need an operating manual. This model was not listed among the manuals available. I need to reset the clock time but have not been able to figure it out. In addition nearly half of the settings printed on the stainless steel has worn off and I'm not sure what was written there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
