Question About Viking Convection Oven 205 SS
Just moved into this house. Our new (to us) 205SS...

Just moved into this house. Our new (to us) 205SS will not pop popcorn even on high for 5 minutes. "Popcorn" setting did not produce a single pop through 5 minutes of operation. In an ordinary microwave this same size popcorn bag would pop completely in 60 to 70 seconds. What's the problem?
