My two year old DFUD142 was attached to the top of the cabinet but the brackets have broken and now the dishwasher tilts forward when loading and unloading. An installation from the side is not possible in my cabinet because theirs nothing for the screws to attach to. Viking says these brackets cannot be replaced and recommended that I call an installer with some "ingenuity" to remedy the issue. Seems like a defective design. I note that the newer models have an entirely different bracket system.
