Viking dishwasher DW20.3 Pump continues to run on ...

Viking dishwasher DW20.3 Pump continues to run on Viking dishwasher. It appears to be stuck even after powering it down and powering it back up. Cleaned filter/strainer-don't see any blockage.HEAVY and RINSE& HOLD button are lit up. Will run pump even if the door is open. Thanks
