Viking Duel Oven Temperature Problem...

VEDO27555 oven is +25 degrees in one and +50 in the other oven. I know ther is a screw that I can adjust but it must requiire a special screw driver. If I have to replace the temperature control unit, what is its part number and is there a manual for its replacement?
