Hi, I recently bought a used Viking 30 `` electric range for which I do not have the serial number and no model number neither. It was purchased as a '' VIKING DEMO '' as told by the seller. The model is like the VESC5304BSS but the element Inside the stove is not hiden and there is some air aeration e vents at the bottom of the range. It is possible to get the model number in order for me to get the corresponding user manual? Thank You! Sylvie
