I have a viking stove top with 6 burners and a gri...

I have a viking stove top with 6 burners and a griddle in the middle. The 2 burners on the left side turns on automatically. The 4 burner one will turn automatically but the other needs a match. I won't ever hear a noise out of the other. Do you know what part need to change? tx adriane
