Question About Viking Refrigerator None
bottom freezer...

i had to have the seal replaced on the freezer - they took out the ice maker and back panel to remove all the ice build up and now the ice maker hasn't dropped any ice - it's been three days - is there an on/off switch that the repairman forgot to flip ?? thanks

0 I have the exact same problem. Ice maker not making ice and water freezing in the back of my freezer--the build up is so great --a repairman has come out twice to repair. Build up is starting again....I still don't know what the problem is. Repairman don't repair the underlying problem--no one seems to know what it is--do you???
