I have Viking refrig model DDSB483SS. I can't seem to be able to adjust the moisture level correctly so that my vegetable would not freeze. I have adjust the temp up and turn the moisture level either way, but my veggie still froze. What should be the correct temp and moisture level for veggie and meat? Thanks, Joann
