Question About Viking Ventilation Hood VWH4848SS

I need to install a new dimmer switch for the lights. How do I get access? There are 3 sheet metal screws at the top but once these screws are removed, the bottom front edge doesn't separaate from the housing.

5 there is a screw in each light socket
