the fan comes on by itself and will not turn off. In fact, you can't control the lights either. Had to turn off the braker at the electrical panel and left it off overnight. My wife had been cooking all day, so it was warm but shouldn't a venthood be able to handle normal cooking? How do I correct this problem?
