5 Just downloaded the PDF file 4 Pasta Perfetto....who do I thank from the bottom of my heart? This is like a message from GOD.. Determined, I ran into the garage..(been here 8-1/2 years) found the box with the Pasta maker inside packed 13 yrs. ago. HUB takes a look at it and began his engineering magic.GOD wants me to make pasta! Then I BING, find the best folks in AMERICA; manual! WHO DO I THANK BESIDES GOD?? Please let me know..please, it's very important now.

5 Help, I have the 900 Pasta Perfecto. I have the book & will copy & send to anyone that needs it. BUT I do not have the measuring cups that came with it. Can someone measure the flour cup & the egg cup & let me know how much each holds? THANKS! Laura

5 Here are the conversions from Jellybeansbobo :) "Ok, in the book it gives recipes.... when it says 1 cup of flour, it equals 1` 1/3 cups and egg for 1# of flour is 200ml or 3/4 cup It's all in metric. Oh well. Yes, any pasta recipe will work. I'm sure there are lots on the internet. Have fun!"

0 The top of the Pasta machine is missing! Oh no....The top piece slides into the machine itself. It is clear with a hole on top of it to add water or flour. If anyone is NOT using their machine, I would like to purchase all of the pieces, particular the top, the wrench and the egg cup. Otherwise, I will have to try and cut one from plastic per the photo. Thanks folks!

0 I went to the link to get the pdf file; it sent me to a site that does not offer the pdf file. Frustrated and unable to reach the company by phone, I just want a copy of the manual for my model 900. Haven't used it in years and cannot remember assembly or recipe amounts. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
