OVEN WONT COME ON USING THE MASTER TOGGLE. TECHNICIAN INFORMED ME THAT ONE OF THE CONTACTOR IS NOT CLOSING. QUESTION.... WHAT CAUSES THE CONTACTOR NOT TO CLOSE ? THE OTHER CONTACTOR HAS NO PROBLEM CLOSING. HELP
