i have a VSX5E 208 volt steamer i am not getting t...

i have a VSX5E 208 volt steamer i am not getting the fill solenoid to open. i have 120v to ground coming off the board to the solenoiod. I noticed no led lights lite on the wlc board when power is applied and i dont have a "click" that i had noticed before. could it be the board or one of the water level probes?
