I have a vulcan hart commercial steam oven that is model #'s vs3616r or ML 052407. It seems it is a boiler driven Steamer . I see no indication of any gas input lines. There is a tank in the bottom of the unit, but I am assuming that collects the condensation. Did V-H ever make a boiler driven steam oven are there any old manuals that I am not finding on line which might relate? Thank you for your respnse
