0 We had a Vulcan Everhot Sahara in a house we just knocked down. The oven was in the house when we bought it in 1992. The previous owner left what seems to be a user manual. I have scanned it and uploaded for you. It is not a technical manual, but may be of use in understanding how to operate. It was lucky timing that I was just trying on line to see some of the measurements before buying an oven for the new house, when I saw your post! I found this manual. Vulcan Everhot Sahara.pdf

0 As an afterthought, could you advise the following internal measurements of the oven? 1. From base to the element 2. From the top of the lowest rack to the element. Thanks
