How do you unfreeze a frozen waste king 1001 1/2hp...

How do you unfreeze a frozen waste king 1001 1/2hp garbage diposor. There is no key feature on the bottom for an allen wrench or a nut inside the unit so that a nut driver can be used to unfreeze it. The unit is very new and it is a shame if I have to throw it away Thanks for the help.
