Hi, we have just purchased a house which comes fitted with a Waste King GOURMET SERIES 3125TC heavy duty batch feed 2600 RMP. We have no idea how this works and currently there is a real smell coming from the unit from food which has collected ... any help would be appreciated ... they left no instruction manual, thanks, Ben
