Question About Welbilt Bread Maker abm100
I've purchased the DAK auto Bakery Model Fab 100 ...

I've purchased the DAK auto Bakery Model Fab 100 (similar or equivalent to Welbilt ABM 100). Need the owner's manual or instructions and the recipe book Also the pan has a hole in the wall, where a pin is supposed to go and I don't have it. What is the function of this pin? Can I use this pan without the pin? Can I use a compatible pan without the hole?
