NEED USERS MANUAL...

GOT MACHINE FOR FREE AND WOULD LOVE TO EXPERIMENT BUT MOST RECIPES CALL FOR SPECIFIC FLOUR TYPE AND/OR BREAD TYPE SETTINGS ETC WHILE MACINE ONLY HAS "MED-DARK-LIGHT" PLUS MANUAL WHICH I UNDERSTAND IS TO REMOVE DOUGH FOR STEPS NOT DONE OR WANTED DONE BY MACHINE-PLS HELP!!! TYVM
