Question About Welbilt Freezer 563333

My mom bought this freezer a while back and she does not know where she put the manual. I having trouble with the red light coming on and I don't know what to do, and I have a brown spot on the floor under the freezer. Is it getting too hot on the floor. This worries me, do not want a fire to start. Help! Thanks
