0 I have the same problem with my microwave. My husband removed the motor and we have all the info but the only place to order a replacement is the UK and the company doesn't ship to the US. We have decided to buy a junk micro at a thrift store that works and take the motor out and put it in. All the motors are the same it seems. You might try that too. To remove your motor its under the bottom plate cover.
