When I set the controls forBasic 1 Loaf 1.5 and Temp Light when I hit start the controls change to Basic 1 2.5 Med I can barely hear the buzzer if at all My Bread comes out hard as a rock on the crust and I carefully measure everything to a T as your manualprescrobes I am 86 years old and running out of bread as I am handicaspped and have no car can you help me please GHH024MA@q.com
