I have a West Bend Perfect Timing Bread & Dough Maker Model 41026. Which manual will give me the best directions for using it? I haven't used it in a while, and I no longer have the manual that came with the machine. I want to use whole white wheat flour. Does that need to be made in the machine as white flour or whole wheat?
