I have an older West Bend Streamer and on the bott...

I have an older West Bend Streamer and on the bottom of it is a Cat. # 86600 and under this number is another number: 9305. I have lost the manual and would like to find one that I can download. I think this steamer was bought in 1990 or around that time... The shape of it is oval. Thank You Judy
