Oven working but has no heat. What is the problem & I can I fix it?

0 Got same problem - grill works but oven doesn't. I've been told its to do with the timer - has somehow been set [thanks previous tenants]and until you can set the time, the oven won't work. Dumb setup. If you get your's working, please comment here on how to do it.
