0 the hinge mechanism is inside the door casing. remove the screws from the oven to unattatch the door. from there remove all screws from the outer casing which will reveal the 'spring mechanism inside, more often than not the wires (in a criss cross fashiion, which creates the 'spring') need to be pushed back behind the frame (its similar to a cloths peg & just as easy to fix. give the door a good clean while you have it off and be sure to slightly lubricate to ensure correct movement.:)
