Question About Westinghouse Oven KB850P
Please help find the manual for this Westinghouse Electric Wall Oven...

The bottom element of the stove does not work; new element installed; stove pulled out; everything checked - no fuses. Can't figure it out. Maybe it has to do with the two buttoms under the timing center but have no idea of how to fix = no manual
