no lights working on icemaker panel. ice maker and...

no lights working on icemaker panel. ice maker and water dispenser not working either. fridge had water disconnected for 3 weeks during kitchen reno. Could this be a blown power board ?. We have just renovated around this fridges dimentions and now frustrating as its now not working. west vituoso
