Our Westinghouse freestyle fridge is freezing ever...

Our Westinghouse freestyle fridge is freezing everything, temp control is on 5 and I've tried unblocking drains, removed as much water from the back tray as possible and pulled it out from the wall but it's still freezing. Please help
