0 Same here. Contacted Westinghouse/electrolux. They were quite hostile when I said I needed to fix it myself. (I live on an island.) They were entirely unhelpful. i have removed face plate and undone all visible screws but can't get the tray out in order to access the back of the dispensing assembly.
