Westinghouse virtuoso 450L fridge. water leaking d...

Westinghouse virtuoso 450L fridge. water leaking down back inside of fridge and out the bottom of door. coming from the fast cool zone part. can see drips there. is there a special way to set the fridge temp? just bought second hand and don't have a manual.
