Trying to rotate the venting on a Whirlpool convection microwave oven and the vent housing will not sit flat after it is rotated 180 degrees to vent out of the wall. Every other venting (roof or conventional) fit flat but not the rear vent. Is this a design flaw because I cannot see how this can ever work given the plastic supports which hold up the vent motor.
