want to disable alarm or timer on oven door, when oven fitted engineers did not leave uer manual

0 Switch off at the wall then on.......digits will be flashing.....press the circle with triangle in the middle button and press the clock button on the right at the same time.....now the cooker will operate without the alarm beeping or switching off. The button symbols are so stupid on this cooker.
