Question About Whirlpool Dishwasher None

I have a whirlpool quiet partner II dishwasher and the normal and light wash cycles don't work. Is theis a reset problem or something else? I tried resetting by unplugging the power chord for 10 seconds, but that didn't work. Is there another reset routine?
