Question About Whirlpool Dishwasher whirlpool ADP 951
dishwasher starts then pauses...

Our dishwasher starts and makes some noises for maybe 30secs then the start light begins flashing and the cycle appears to have paused or stopped. We've tried to do a load of dishes all day without success. Your suggestions would be warmly appreciated. Thank you
